Tommi is co-founder and CEO of Villada. Tommi has a background of working in the luxury travel segment in the Caribbean, the hotel industry in Russia, and studying entrepreneurship in Cambridge. With a motivated and skilled team around, Tommi is excited and confident to lead Villada's international growth. When it comes to travel preferences, Tommi's favourite destination is Italy, where he tends to book his own Villada villa at least once a year.

Eerik Rusanen
COO & Country Manager, Finland
Eerik is co-founder and COO of Villada. Eerik has an educational background of tourism and hospitality in Finland and Caribbean, as well as entrepreneurship programme in Cambridge. Eerik's work history before Villada is in restaurant and hotel industry and event management in Finland and Russia. Eerik and his talented international team are in charge of the sales and customer service. One of the Eerik's favourite destinations is Croatia where he loves to spend time with his friends and family.
