The larger house consists of a combined kitchen and living room, three comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom, while the smaller house has a small kitchen and living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. On the plot there is also a separate building with a summer kitchen and brick barbecue, sauna and bathroom. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
Villa Marie has a 55 m2 large swimming pool and two outdoor jacuzzis. There are three covered terraces in total, with outdoor furniture and sun beds. There is also a mini football field on the property and private parking space for up to six cars. Villa Marie is located on the coast, close to Kaštela bay.
