Villa with stunning sea views. It's very well decorated and in a quiet residential area. The whole villa is flooded with natural light with a garden and a swimming pool outside. Wifi and air conditioning are available. On the first floor there's one bedroom with double bed + bathroom with tub + balcony, one bedroom with twin bed + bathroom with shower + balcony and onebedroom with twin bed + bathroom with tub + balcony On the ground floor there's a dining room and lounge area, toilet with shower, office, fully equipped kitchen There's also a basement, a garage and a games room in the villa. Outside there's a garden, a swimming pool (7x3), barbecue, outdoor dining area and parking area. A safe haven from today's modern society and just a short traveling distance from most European major cities, Madeira island offer superb accommodation, fantastic scenery and an escape from all that is wrong with the mass-tourism in the coasts. The capital, Funchal, is renowned as much for its food as it is for its clean, crime-free streets. If you have an adventurous soul discover Arco da Calheta from above while paragliding or take a boat trip from the nearest marina in Calheta and enjoy the beautiful landscape or experience sports fishing. Take the opportunity to enjoy a whale and dolphin watch trip. Even if the seaside already sold Madeira to you, walking along a levada is one of the most exciting experiences to have on the island. There is more than 3,000 km of irrigation channels that guide you through the most beautiful landscapes of the Island. Just a few minutes driving from Arco da Calheta, in Rabaçal you will find some of the most popular levada walks in the Island. Levada das 25 Fontes and Levada do Risco flow parallel to each other, both heading to the Hydroelectric Power Station in Calheta. The scenery and landscape leading up to the Risco waterfall are identical, although each levada has its own particularities such as the waterfalls and beautiful views of the profound valleys.
