The beautiful swimming pool, built on a natural terrace with panoramic views, is located a few meters away from the two houses and is surrounded by terracotta floors and a beautiful lawn. The property has 2 covered indoor and outdoor spaces with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Guests also have at their disposal a barbecue while tennis fans can enjoy the tennis court (approx. 800 meters distant) upon request to the owner directly. INTERIOR MAIN HOUSE (136 square meters) The main house has two entrances: one from the porch and one by the side of the house with access to the sleeping area of the ground floor. GROUND FLOOR (80sqm): access from the porch through a door window that overlooks the kitchen with open access on the left side to a large living room with sofas, satellite TV and a large fireplace. On the right side of the kitchen, there are two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a beautiful stonewall and glass door with direct access to the garden (behind the house), a bathroom with shower, small hall with access to the outdoors (side of the house) FIRST FLOOR (56 sqm): An internal staircase leads upstairs to the first floor (1.30 m height min. - 2.45 m height max.) which consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning. DEPENDANCE (36 sqm) Entrance into the living area open living room with fireplace and single sofa bed (for 1 child) and small kitchen equipped, double bedroom with air conditioning and direct access to the outside, bathroom with shower. There is another bed in the dependance which can be used by a child (N.B.: this additional single sleep can be chosen between the single sofa bed or a single pouf-bed located in the main bedroom)
