Villa Lukrecia

Villa Lukrecia is located on the island of Brac, in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Supetar. The house was renovated in 2008 and has a private pool. Charming villa can accommodate up to 9 people. Furthermore, it’s possible to rent one additional apartment, located next to the villa with a separate entrances for larger groups. Apartment is 38sq meters big, and can accommodate up to 2 people. Main Villa has five bedrooms and it accommodates nine guests. On the main villa's ground floor you will find a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one of the double bedrooms and one bathroom. Upstairs are the remaining four bedrooms (three double and one single) and a shared bathroom. Two of the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Additional apartment have double bedroom, own bathrooms and small kitchen/living room. On the terrace outside the house, guests can gather and enjoy a beautiful sea view. There is an outdoor kitchenette with barbecue and a covered dining area, as well as a lovely swimming pool. The nearest beach is only a few minutes walk from the villa.
