Villa Zophia is a brand new, very modern property that offers comfortable accommodation for 10 people. The villa is located in the middle of unspoiled and quiet area next to the Cetina river, surrounded by the hills, still remaining close to the city center. The villa is furnished with high-quality materials, it is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all the modern guests needs. There is a free wifi in your use during your stay. This villa is fenced and it offers 4 parking lots. The house is organized over 3 floors, all together providing a 250sqm of living space. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a relaxing holiday and a dining area with a direct approach to the outdoor dining area. There is a living room with a sofa and a smart TV. There is also a family bathroom with a shower and laundry with a washing machine and dryer on this floor. The indoor staircase takes you to the first floor which offers two bedrooms with king-size beds and a terrace as well as one bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. On this floor there's a family bathroom with a shower too. The outdoor staircase takes you to the 2nd-floor level that offers another fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 people, a living room with a sofa and a smart TV and a terrace with beautiful views. The fourth bedroom is integrated into the living room and offers a king-size bed of 180cm x 200cm and also approaches the same terrace. There's also the fifth bedroom with two single beds as well as a family bathroom with a shower on this floor. The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool 8m x 4m (32 sqm) with the no-Chlorine system providing a perfect setup for a relaxing swim, a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, 2 shaded plots, an outdoor shower and a covered dining area for 10 people. There is a spacious playground with artificial grass, soccer nets, a badminton net and a traditional barbecue behind the house as well. Important notes: Bookings cannot be accepted from under 23-year-olds at the time of booking, in term to avoid youth groups. We reserve the right to refuse such a booking.
