Villa Mareperla is a stylish and spacious villa with magnificent views, near Alcúdia's old town and Puerto Alcudia. This impressive six-bedroom villa accommodates 12 guests who get to enjoy Mallorca sun by the pool and its various terraces.
The main entrance opens up to a bright reception hall which has a direct view to the terraces and the pool. Through the hall you'll get to the ground floor's only bedroom and to a separate bathroom. The hall also has a stairway leading to the first floor, which has a master suite with double bed, ensuite bathroom, dressing area and a sofa bed. On the second floor there are 3 other double bedrooms, of which 2 have access to a terrace facing the pool. These 3 bedrooms share a bathroom. From the hall downstairs you'll also get the 6th bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, through another set of stairs.
The modern living room on the ground floor has space lots of seating space, flat screen tv and DVD and CD players. The kitchen is well designed to fit modern needs, and it has all necessary equipment and devices. In the basement there's a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The beautiful yard of the villa has a covered terrace with a dining table, where even a larger group of people can get together and enjoy a bbq meal fresh out from a brick built barbecue. The pool area has cozy sunbeds and parasols. The villa has a private parking spot at the end of its yard way.
In addition to Alcúdia's restaurants, stores and beaches the cities of Pollença and Sa Pobla are close to the villa. Palma, the largest city of Mallorca, is only an hour drive away, and definitely worth taking a day trip to!
