Brand new Villa Borka is located only 2 kilometers from Mediterranean town Omiš and its sandy beaches. Villa has panoramic sea views and heated pool. Modern interior offers everything for a comfortable stay - including a game/cinema room. Villa is fully air-conditioned and offers free WiFi. On the lower ground floor there is common sitting area with pool table and next to it guests will find playroom with Playstation4 and sofa bed if needed. Ground floor has one of the four bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room. There is also separate toilet with the washing machine in this floor. Three of the bedrooms are located at the first floor. All bedrooms in Villa Borka have ensuite bathrooms. The outdoor area offers swimming pool with sun deck area and 8 sun deck chairs, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a grill, fridge, and covered outdoor dining area. There is also a separate toilet and an outdoor shower. Villa has one parking spot in the garage and 4 further parking spots outside. Car is recommended for this location. Villa is in a very quiet and private environment and again so close to the center of Omiš. Restaurants and other services can be found from Omiš, only 5-minute drive away from the villa.
