Areia is a stunning villa located in one of the prime holiday spots in the Lisbon region, Cascais. There are several restaurants, supermarkets, fitness centers and Quinta da Marinha Golf in the surroundings.

Outside the villa there are a private heated swimming pool (10m x 4m) surrounded by a sun beds, a large garden with lots of place for children to play, a built-in barbeque.
