Nesteled inside of Mijas Golf and set in beautiful natural setting surrounded by lush greenery, open spaces and panoramic mountain views, and the Mediterranean shoreline just a short drive away. Venture out to the Fuengirola coast line where you have a wide choice of settings, vistas, marinas, cafes, and renowned seafood restaurants.
The villa has been built over three levels and has a beautifully landscaped garden. You will find a mixture lemon, orange and fig trees growing along the side of the house as well as beautiful rose trees, creating an outdoor oasis with plenty of peace and tranquillity. Take a dip in the huge pool, lazily soak up the sunshine, pleasantly read in the garden under the shade of the terrace, relax with a glass in the champagne in the jacuzzi or prepare the evenings BBQ in the gazebo. The outside garden area of Villa Barca are designed to provide relaxation during those long summer afternoons!
Inside the villa the white walls and contemporary furniture of the living and dining area give a clean and classic feel. From the living room you can take in the breath taking mountain views whilst you relax on a lazy afternoon. The delightfully decadent dining room with its rich colours and large windows is an excellent place to entertain for evening meals.
Down the hall from the entrance is the master suite (bedroom 1) which enjoys a full ensuite bathroom with bath and shower as well as a walk in closest. The double bedroom has been decorated with a Moroccan feel with its deep rich red colors and lower to the floor bed. In the mornings you can spring out of bed and have your morning coffee right on the terrace and enjoy the mountain views.
Going up the glass stairs to the first floor you have three additional bedrooms, all offering direct access to the upper terrace. Bedroom 2 enjoys stunning views of the Mijas Mountains as well as an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a double bed whilst bedroom 4 offers two single beds and between the 2 bedrooms is a full bathroom.
Downstairs on the lower level of the villa you have an additional bedroom 5 with two single beds, ensuite bathroom and sauna that can be enjoyed during your stay!
The location of the villa offers an excellent choice of cultural experiences that are less than an hours drive away. Activities you can enjoy are endless from visiting beautiful historic gems like the village of Ronda or perhaps Marbella's charming Old Town to the delights of Seville, Granada and Jerez de la Frontera. Visit vineyards, the ruins of ancient civilisations, natural beauty spots like El Chorro or Camino del Rey. Take country roads up to quaint white villages, or visit Malaga, a beautiful city that brings shopping, dining, history and a broad choice of internationally renowned museums and cultural experiences all within a short drive of your front door
