Stay in complete luxury at Villa Confalonieri, built in the 1930s and totally renovated in 2016. The renovation was done in a genuine way to keep the original style and spirit of the villa. The villa is set at 1000 metres above sea level on the banks of Lake Maggiore in a sunny, south-facing location with a mind-blowing view of the lovely landscape, the lake and the surrounding snow tops of Monte Rosa. The villa can accommodate up to 16 adults + 2 children.
The villa is 750m2 and the main entrance welcomes you with a spectacular staircase made of the famous Beola stone from the well known the Val d’Òssola area in the Piemonte region. On the ground floor there is a large well-equipped and ultra modern kitchen, and a dining room with sofas and tables in front of the beautiful original fireplace. Both the second and the third floor each have four bedrooms and there is also a separate suite in the basement. All in all the villa has four rooms with king-size beds and five rooms with two single beds. Four have balconies with tables and chairs. Most rooms have a lake view and separate bathrooms. All rooms have wardrobe, wall mirrors, hairdryers and luggage bench. Sauna, whirl-pool and fitness room with showers and WC are located in the basement. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer and steam iron is also situated in the basement. For your safety and comfort the villa is protected with a fire detector and extinguishers on each level. The villa has no elevator and is not wheelchair accessible.
The villa is surrounded by over 22,000m2 of grounds with a charming relaxing atmosphere. There is a private infinity pool, a heated outdoor shower, relaxation deck made in local material with an amazing view of Lake Maggiore - the perfect place for a pool day with total privacy and stunning surroundings. Outside the kitchen there is an al fresco dining area with barbecue. The main terrace of 63m2 with magnificent view is equipped with outdoor Wi-Fi music system speakers. The villa’s grounds are surrounded by a fence with an electronic gate and TV monitors and alarm. There is parking for up to five cars in front of the villa.
