Villa Centia is located just out of Carvoeiro center, in area Vale de Milho, where you can find many restaurants, beach and a golf resort in a walking distance. Villa has own swimming pool and private, spacious outside area. Villa Centia is modern and decorated with good taste. With six bedrooms, this villa accommodates up to 12 guests.
Villa Centia is in three floors. There is heating and cooling in all of the rooms. The basement floor has one bedroom, home cinema room and laundry room. The second floor has the common areas starting with comfortable living room and fireplace. Modern and fully equipped kitchen is in the same open space with big dining table. The master bedroom is in this second floor. Four bedrooms are in the third floor. There is also two bathrooms in the third floor and three of the bathrooms are downstairs. One of the bedrooms has balcony in the upper floor.
There is a pool area outside with sun beds and umbrellas. Next to the pool area is partly covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, dining table, barbecue, lounge and fireplace. Villa has parking space for several cars. Carvoeiro and services there are only a short ride from the villa and Faro airport is also less than an hour ride away. There are many beautiful beaches close by and the closest one is in a walking distance.
