Villa Tintarella is a charming old farmhouse located on a hill with amazing views close to the tuscan coast. Recently restored with great care and refined taste, you will be impressed by the beauty of the villa and its surrounding countryside.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a large living room with fireplace, a second smaller living room also with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a separate bathroom and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A stone staircase takes you to the upper floor which gives access to three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one twin bedroom also with ensuite bathroom. The villa’s Wi-Fi connection is free of charge but only available in the living area of the villa.
The outside area is by far the most enjoyable part of the villa, with a porch, table and chairs, stone barbecue, and private swimming pool. The pool is located right next to the villa and has wonderful views over the surrounding landscape. The villa is set in a secluded location with absolute privacy, in the heart of the countryside, just a few kilometres from Guardistallo and Casale Marittimo and less than 15 kilometers from the Etruscan Coast.
