Villa Demi

Villa Demi is a new and fully equipped villa, furnished in June 2016. It is located less than 10 min driving from the famous town Split and 1 km far from the beach. The villa offers a private, heated pool, a Jacuzzi, and a lovely summer kitchen. It is the second floor of the villa that is rented, and it has 4 bedrooms for a maximum of 8 guests. The first bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed + one single bed and exit to a balcony, and the fourth bedroom has one single bed and and exit to the balcony with a stepper and pilates ball. The second floor also includes a living area with sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped and modern kitchen with exit to an open terrace with an outdoor dining area with barbecue. There are 2 bathrooms with shower in total (one is a shared bathroom and one is the en-suite in the first double bedroom). The ground floor is not furnished. It is closed and not in use. The owners (a couple with a teenager) live in the back part of the ground floor and have a separate entrance on the other side of the house so your privacy is not disturbed at any point, but they are near if needed. The owner maintains the pool early in the morning, also respecting your privacy. The outdoor area is for the guests private use and includes a heated pool with massage and counter-current swimming program, a Jacuzzi next to the pool, and a summer kitchen with toilet and barbecue with outdoor dining area. The villa is located 50 m from the river Žrnovnica with beautiful landscape and walking paths. There is a bus stop close by with public transport to Split every hour, and the closest restaurants are 1,4 km away.
